Our Manifesto - Business Plan, Aims & Goals

Thank you for all of your interest and feedback so far. It has been very helpful. In response to a few suggestions please read the following which elaborates upon why the Association was begun and what our aims and goals are for the future.
The word Holistic translates to mean “relating to a whole: including or involving all of something, especially all of somebody’s physical, mental, and social conditions, not just physical symptoms, in the treatment of illness”. In the spirit of this we do not wish to exclude anybody who believes that they fit into this description. In elaborating on some of the points made previously we aim:
To Develop the Holistic Practitioner Association Community, to Recruit New Members & Encourage Member Participation Within The Association.
To Have a Nationwide Presence with the Ability to Offer Choice of Holistic Practitioners in All Areas of the Country.
To Maintain a Register of Members of the Holistic Practitioners Association.
To Promote The Association & Forward To All Suitable Members All Enquiries Received by the Association.
To Incorporate Diversity of Products & Services.
Organic Directional Growth of Community, Influenced By Members Input.
To Ensure Ongoing Advertising in Nationwide Publications to Help The Community & The Association To Grow.
To Expand The Association to Offer A Wide Choice To Suit All Businesses, Therapists & Customers.
To Encourage & Support Joint Ventures Within The Association via Networking, i.e. public exhibitions, workshops, etc.
Having worked and studied in several fields of Holistic practice it is quite clear to see that in many cases some very talented, very gifted people struggle to even become established within their own local area. Having worked with and seen many practitioners struggle, fail and then quit only to return to the boring mundane jobs that they had previously, I decided to take it upon myself to create a community where all gifted, talented people can and will receive the help and support they need to overcome problems and build and develop their businesses within a community of like minded people.
It is our goal to initially recruit a sum of members and upon completion of this, which we hope to be within the first six months, we will be incorporating into the Association a point scoring reward system for all member referrals.
